{"id":10266,"date":"2021-09-20T16:23:56","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T16:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bsmart.global\/increased-safety-in-light-vehicle-fleet\/"},"modified":"2022-02-08T10:15:05","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T10:15:05","slug":"increased-safety-in-light-vehicle-fleet","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bsmart.global\/en\/increased-safety-in-light-vehicle-fleet\/","title":{"rendered":"Increased safety in light vehicle fleet"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Increased safety in light vehicle fleet<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Our client is a food distribution company with a fleet of 167 vehicles, they distribute food throughout the Spanish geography of perishable and non-perishable food and required an increased safety in their fleet of light vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Situation prior to increased fleet safety<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The company had a rudimentary fleet management system that did not allow to know speeding, <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sellanycar.com\/cars-related\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/over-speeding.jpg\" alt=\"Speeding control in light vehicles\" width=\"338\" height=\"253\" \/>aggressive driving or fuel control, also having a reliability of Hardware and very low platform, which in the end caused more problems than benefits since it did not allow to know with certainty if the delivery routes had been followed, the schedules followed, the fuel control, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Solution implemented to achieve <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> <strong>increased fleet safety<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">B&#8217;Smart has implemented its fleet management system using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4aRv4iR8QRQ\">Teltonika OBD<\/a> equipment with high reliability and very fast installation using the <\/span>models of the <span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4aRv4iR8QRQ&amp;t=11s\">FMB002<\/a> series and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oqhC6J5uXlY&amp;t=16s\">FMT100<\/a> of TELTONIKA, which<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> allow to reduce installation costs to practically zero and to know the location of each of the vehicles in real time, fuel consumption and fuel control, speeding and <a href=\"https:\/\/bsmart.global\/en\/remote-diagnostic-system-for-vehicle-fleets\/\">remote diagnostic codes in case of breakdown,<\/a>offering a reliability of both the Hardware and the platform of 100%. In those older vehicles that did not have OBD we have installed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oqhC6J5uXlY\">FMT100<\/a>direct battery equipment.
